Red Wheelie Bins

Hmmm ... so you get black wheelie bins for rubbish, green for recycling, and brown for garden waste. There's a sort of logic emerging there, I guess, which leads to police in Tayside introducing red wheelie bins for people to put knives in, as part of a weapon amnesty.

Seems oddly chilling.
